Sadie & AJ’s Boho Barn Chic Wedding Day at The Barn at Jewel Farms

Sadie and AJ celebrated their love at the beautiful Barn at Jewel Farms in Odessa, Florida. This was the first time I have captured a wedding at Jewel Barn and WOW! I actually captured AJ's high school senior images when he graduated high school and to go even further back - I went to school with his mom!! I love this family! Sadie & AJ's day was filled with so many personal touches, memorable moments, and laughter, making it a truly unforgettable experience for everyone.

The day began with the bride’s prep in the cozy bridal suite, where laughter filled the air as hair and makeup were completed by Sadie’s friends. With the help of her mother, bridesmaids, and her gorgeous bouquet, Sadie was a vision! Meanwhile, AJ and his groomsmen gathered near the barn for candid shots and enjoyed the start of the day, captured beautifully by our second photographer Ken.

First Looks & Special Moments
Before the ceremony, Sadie had a touching first look with her father and stepfather, followed by a fun, lighthearted first look with the groomsmen. They were ICED as a surprise from the bride! Later, AJ shared a meaningful moment with his mother, Kim, before heading to the ceremony. These early glimpses were a perfect start to the festivities and captured the love and warmth of Sadie & AJ's friends and families.

A Unique Ceremony at The Barn at Jewel Farms
The Barn at Jewel Farms, with its rustic charm, provided a stunning backdrop for Sadie and AJ’s vows. They chose a unique Sword Unity Ceremony, a powerful and symbolic way to join their lives together. In a memory of Sadie's grandmother, the couple released 10,000 ladybugs with the family. It was so beautiful and such a special way to honor her grandmother!

Family and Friends Gather for Unforgettable Portraits
Following the ceremony, family and wedding party portraits took place on the picturesque venue grounds. We even had some time to take images wit the cows in the background! Sadie loves cow and they provided a great background for us!!

Reception Highlights & Vendor Spotlights
For their reception, Sadie and AJ brought in Jason from Grant Hemond & Associates for music, who set the tone for the evening’s celebrations. For introductions, Sadie & AJ were introduced first and they introduced the rest of the wedding party into the reception. They had a friendly competition with their wedding party for most original entrance and all the guests were laughing!! What a great way to kick off the party!!

The couple and their guests enjoyed a delicious buffet by Mission BBQ, drinks from Spunky Spirits, and a stunning dessert table filled with a large variety of delicious desserts including a small cake from Publix for them to cut.

As the sun set over the venue, Sadie and AJ we ran outside to capture beautiful golden-hour images - it was a beautiful setting and their images came out so beautiful! Later, they danced, cut their cake with swords (a fun nod to their ceremony!), and finally ended the night with a private last dance and a bubble-filled grand exit. Congratulations, Sadie and AJ, on a wedding filled with so many unforgettable moments. May your journey together be just as wonderful as your wedding day!
